What Our Families Say

I’ve been taking my dog to Charlie’s Grooming Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The groomers are patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand how I wanted my dog groomed and made sure he was comfortable throughout the appointment. He came home looking fantastic, with a clean, soft coat and perfectly trimmed nails. It’s clear that the team truly loves working with animals. I finally found a groomer I feel completely comfortable trusting with my dog.

Finding a groomer who understands cats can be difficult, but Charlie’s exceeded my expectations. My cat can be nervous around new people, so I really appreciated how calm and patient the groomer was. They handled the grooming carefully and never seemed rushed. The mat removal was done gently, and my cat looked so much better afterward. I also appreciated how the team explained what they were doing and treated my cat with kindness from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Charlie’s Grooming Salon has been a great find for our family. We have a larger dog who needs regular grooming, and the team handled him confidently and professionally. They listened to our requests, paid attention to the details, and did a beautiful job with his coat. Most importantly, our dog came out happy and relaxed rather than stressed. The salon feels welcoming, and the staff clearly care about the pets they work with. We’re so glad to have a dependable grooming salon in Henderson that we can trust.
